Desktop Workstation Maintenance Contracts for up to 10 workstations
For peer-to-peer networked computers
2 Hour on Site Weekly Service Visit $550 per month
2 Hour on Site Monthly Service Visit $150 per month
With 6 Hour response to service calls, phone & email support.

Basic Network & Workstation Maintenance Contracts for 1 to 25 workstations
10 Hour on Site Weekly Service Visit $4,850 per month
10 Hour on Site Monthly Service Visit $1,300 per month
With 4 Hour response to service calls (limited geographical area), phone & email support.

* Service time does not include travel time and given the state of DFW traffic that’s a good thing! We are small business owners too and feel it’s highly unfair for you to spend your hard earned cash for your service tech to sit in Dallas/Fort Worth traffic. For an additional fee, we offer after-hours and weekend maintenance to avoid interrupting your business during normal office hours.

** Maintenance contracts do not include the cost of any parts, cabling, new software, etc. These items will be billed separately from the monthly / weekly computer or network maintenance contract. Native offers replacement parts from mice to entire networks and everything in between.
